APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPEIMIING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that t
the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A
to these licenses be amended to modify the snubber visual inspection schedules and surveillance requirements with the changes provided by Generic Letter 90-09.
The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachment A
to this Application.
A Safety Analysis and no significant hazard evaluation are set forth in Attachment B.
Typed replacement pages for the Technical Specifications are included in Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by the commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to these operating licenses be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
