B, and C which set forth, respectively, the change in the Technical Specitications, the safety analysis (including the no significant hazards evaluation),
and the typed replacement Technical Specification pages.
This change has been reviewed by the Onsite Safety Conmittee and Offsite Review Committee and was determined to be safe based on the

The requested target date for approval of this proposed change is November 30, 1992.
