cased on discussions at a meeting between TV Electric and the NRC on August 10 and 11, 1992, please find attached marked pages of the Proof and
.T view combined Technical Specifications removing the allowance to perform Containment intearated leakage rates at a reduced pressure.
The attached pages are provided for the development of the Units 1 and 2 ccmbined Technical Specifications and a formal Technical Specification amendment will
. follow.
TV Electric plans ~to perform full pressure tests to meet the requirements of this Specification for both Units 1 and 2.
Therefore, TV Electric will not perform a reduced pressure test during Unit 2 preoperational testing.
