COMANCHE PEAK PLAN FOR THE COPPLETION OF OUTSTANDING REGULATORY ACTIONS I have reviewed the revised Comanche Peak Plan transmitted to you and Darrell by T. Ippolito on June 1.1984. Although I have signed the approval block I do have one significant connent to make. Pages 2 and 3 of the plan discuss the composition of the Tech Review Team but do not indicate who will fill the positions of Project Director and Deputy Project Director. It would appear logical to me that these positions be filled la T. Ippolito and R. Bangart, respectively. Since the establishment of the Comanche Peak Task Force. Mr. Bangart has been relieved of all other responsibilities as Region IV Director. Division of Radiation Safety and Safeguards.
