- BLRD-50-438/83-51, BLRD-50-439/83 SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector P. E.

Fredrickson on September 27, 1983 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN CEB 8305. This was followed by our interim reports dated October 24, 1983 and November 10, 1984. Our November 10, 1984 letter contained an inadvertent errer. We expect to submit our next report by August 5, 1986 rather than August 5,1985. Please revise your records accordingly.
