.P. E. Fredrickson on May 15, 1984 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR 1885. This was followed by our final report dated June 12, 1984.
.Below is our supplemental report.
As discussed with Inspector S. Weise on November 19, 1984, the date of December 1,1984 for completion of corrective actions indicated in our final report on this matter would not be met. During replacement of the expansion shell anchors, rebar was damaged in three places. Repair of this damage will delay completion of the commitment. The corrective action on this matter will be completed by January 1,1985.
