BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - ADAPTOR KEYWAY ON 8-INCH BORG-WARNER GLOBE VALVES - BLRD-50-438/84-14, BLRD-50-439/84 SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector P. E. Fredrickson on January 31, 1984 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR 2787. This was followed by our interim reports dated February 29 and July 10, 1984 and our final report dated October 25, 1984. Below is our supplemattal report. We consider 10 CFR Part 21 applicable to this deficiency.
As discussed with Inspector S. Wiese on December 14, 1984, the date of December 14, 1984 for completion of corrective actions indicated in our final report on this matter was not met. This is due to a delay in the shipment of the necessary repair parts by Borg Warner. The corrective action on this matter will be completed by March 16, 1985.
