i Pursuant to North Anna Unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1, five copies of Virginia Power Technical Report NE-1073, Rev. O, " North Anna Unit 1, Cycle 12 Startup Physics Tests i
Report," are enclosed herein. Additionally, five copies of Virginia Power Technical Report NE-1068, Rev. O, " North Anna Unit 1, Cycle 11 Core Performance Report," are enclosed for your infom1ation. The Cycle 12 Startup Physics Tests Report summarizes the results of the physics testing program performed after initial criticality of Cycle 12 on March 10, 1996. Those test results were within the required design tolerances and applicable Technical Specification limits.
The Core Performance Report presents analyses of bumup distribution, reactivity depletion, power distribution, and primary coolant activity for routine operation during Cycle 11, which ended on February 11,1996. These analyses concluded that the Cycle 11 core performed as predicted and within the margins and limits stipulated by Technical Specifict.tions.
