BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT-UNITS 1 AND 2 - FAILURE OF SSD ANCHORS IN CONCRETE WALLS - BLRD-50-438/84-37, BLRD-50-439/84 SUPPLEIENTAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector P. E. Fredrickson on May 15, 1984 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR 1885. This was followed by our final report dated June 12, 1988 Below is our supplamental report.
As discussed with NRC-0IE Inspector P. E. Fredrickson on October 12, 1984, the date of October 15, 1984 for completion of corrective actions indicated in our final report on this matter would not be met. TVA is still in the process of fabricating the anchors needai to replace the expansion shell anchors. The corrective action on this matter will be completed by December 1, 1984.
