. taking to determine if Gulfalloy Inc. had supplied FPL with Tube-Line material s.
One of the actions discussed was a review of documentation associated with Gulfalloy Purchase Orders. We have now completed our review of all available Gulfalloy documentation and a report of the findings of this review is attached.
A report on the material provided with Purchase Order 38497-24503C will be provided following the upcoming Unit 3 refueling outage as discussed in our letter L-84-377 dated December 17, 1984. We expect that this report will close out FPL actions on Bulletin 83-06.
