The revision is being submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.54(q) and does not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan. The Plan as revised will continue to meet the requirements of 10CFR50.47 and 10CFR50, Appendix E.
The Emergency Plan was converted to a new word processing program, Microsoft Word and as a result some information has shifted pages. The shifts are side-barred where the information has been relocated. These shifts are discussed in the sununary as " moved with no change" since 50.54q does not apply.

Page P-6: Deleted HP/0/B/1009/05, First Response Evaluation of Offsite Dose From a Reactor Coolant Leak Inside Containment Upon declaration of a General Emergency, we will automatically recommend evacuation of two (2) miles around and five (5) miles downwind, sheltering all others not evacuated. This is done no matter what the projected doses are in each sector. A General Emergency based on radiological conditions is mached when the projected dose in any zone reaches 1 Rem TEDE or 5 Rem CDE Thyroid. To ensum proper classification at all times, Emergency Action Levels (EALs) for radiation monitor readings were conservatively calcult ed based on 1 R TEDE and SR CDE thyroid at the site boundary. Site Area Emergency EALs are based on 10% of these limits.
