Dear Ms. Varricchio:
This is in partial response to Mr. John Clewett's letter dated August 7, 1984, in which he requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all agency records relevent to and/or generated in connection with either of the following:
1.
An incident at the Callaway nuclear plant, occurring on or about July 4,1984, in which eight circuit breakers were switched off, cutting power to certain plant equipment; and 2.
An incident at the Callaway nuclear plant, occurring on or about June 2 and 3, 1984, in which a large amount of water was spilled onto the floor of the reactor building.
In partial response to Mr. Clewett's request, copies of the documents listed on Appendix A are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC, where they will be available for public inspection and copying.
Some additional documents are undergoing review and we will communicate with you again concerning them.
