of Idaho, Inc. consulting report on intimidation of workers at Comanche Peak nuclear power plant is made under the Freedom of INformation Act, 5
U.S.C.
552.
Please furnish one copy of all documents pertaining to the NRC staf" review of the E.G.
& G report. The requested documents include all in_ternal memoranda reviewed by the NRC staff f
prior to its acceptance of the report. They should include all documents that specifically influenced the decision to accept the r.eport and those excluded in the decision making.
The requested documents also include all memoranda prepared by the NRC executive legal director for the NRC director of licensing or other offices within the NRC pertaining to the report.
I am prepared to pay reasonable duplicatfon fees. Please inform me if the costs are going to exceed $50.
