Units 1,2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50 528/529/530 Vehicle Control Measures Required by 10CFR73.55(c)(7)
Arizona Public Service Company (APS) is hereby submitting the PVNGS plan to address Regulatory Guide 5.68, " Protection Against Malevolent Use of Vehicles at Nuclear Power plants". In accordance with 10 CFR 73.55(c)(9)(ii), PVNGS has fully implemented the. required vehicle control measures.
The Enclosure provides a detailed description of the vehicle barrier system including supporting calculations.
The material enclosed herein contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and is to be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790 and should Dgt be placed in the public document room.
An information copy of this submittal is being forwarded to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region'lV.
