Gentlemen:
By letter dated September 4,1992 (Serial No. NLS-92-141), Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) submitted typed Technical Specification pages pertaining to the Company's February 21,1992 license amenoment application. During a September 30,1992 telephone conversation between Mr. Bill Murray (CP&L) and Mr. Mike Webb (NRC), CP&L was requested to resubmit typed Technical Specification pages consistent with the proposed change described in of our February 21,1992 license amendment application. The enclosed typed Technical Specification pages delete the C reference included with the 1600 pound and 750 pound load values specified in Specifications 4.9.6.a and 4.9.6 b, respectively. The typed Unit 1 and Unit 2 Technical Specification pages are provided herein as Enclosures 1 and 2, respectively. The Technical Specification pages provided herein supersede those in CP&L's letter of September 4,1992.
