SumRy_.cf_ Operating _1xper tence Braidwood Unit 2 entered the month of September 1992 at approximately 95% reactor power. On September 10, the Unit-tripped when the 26 feedwater Pump tripped on loss of vacuum after a contract laborer inadvertently closed the pump's turbine exhaust valve.

The Unit returned to service on September 11 and operated routinely through the end of the month.
