. INSPECTIONS TVA is submitting this' letter in msponse to a request for-clarification made by NRC-0IE Inspector S. Weise on September 13, 1984 o'oncerning our August 31, 1984 response to D. M. Verrelli's letter dated July 18, 1984.
In Part (A) Section 3, Corrective Stoos Taken and Results Achieved of.the subject letter, TVA had stated 'The disposition of the cited. welds was documented on February 3,1984....." Please note that although the cited welds were listed on an internal TVA memorandum on February 3, 1984, the revision of Nonconformance Report 1968, which documented the condition, was ac1omplished on July 12, 1984.
