Maintain the control rods within the withdrawal limits-established above_until subsequent measurement verifies that the MTC has been i resto:ed. to within its ' limit for the all ' rods withdrawn condition.

Prepara and submit a Special Report to.the Conunission pursuant to Specification 6.9.2 within 10 days,.. describing the value : of the measured MTC, the interim control rod eithdrawal. limits and the zpredicted average core burnup necessary for restoring the positive
