- Presented Draft Regulatory Basis at the 2014 TRTR Meeting

- RTR specific public meeting (September 2014)

- Final Regulatory Basis Issued (January 2015)

- Draft revised Regulatory Basis (March 2019, 84 FR 6980)

• Update

- Staff is reviewing the public comments and reconsidering the need for additional requirements.

- Staff will be providing options and recommendations to the Commission in FY 2019.
