Procedures Generation Package (PGP)
In response to Reference (2), the District has prepared a PGP in accordance l
with guidance provided by If1P0 and flUREG-0899, Guidelines for Preparation of Emergency Operating Procedures, dated August,1982.
The purpose of this let-ter is to submit the Fort Calhoun Station PGP for f1RC staff review.
The Fort Calhoun PGP will be utilized to upgrade the existing Emergency Opera-ting Procedures (EOP) and will be maintained as a working document for future revisions to the E0Ps. The Administrative Procedures of the Fort Calhoun Station Operating Manual will be revised to stipulate the use of the PGP for upgrading and revising the E0Ps.
The E0Ps are currently being upgraded in accordance with the Fort Calhoun PGP.
Final implementation of the revised E0Ps is expected by the end of the 1985 refueling outage.
