This request is made under the federal Freedom of Information ct, 5 U.S.C.
552, et seq.
My understanding is that the NRC is set to release the affidavit of Dobie Hatley, a former Brown & Root supervisor at i
the Comanche Peak nuclear power plant near Glen Rose, Texas. Her statement, taken following her Feb. 7 firing, is due to be turned over to plant officials July 20.
It is my understanding that the affidavit becomes a public document as soon as it is turned over to plant officiais. Please forward a copy of the affidavit as soon as it is transmitted to plant officials.
If any part of this request is denied, please inform me of your appeal procedures. I will consider my request denied if I have no communication from you within 10 working days of receipt of this letter.
