1 APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), the New York Power Authority, as holder of Facility operating Licensing No. DPR-59, hereby applies for an Amendment to the Technical Specifications l
contained in Appendix A of this license.
The proposed changes' corrects an error in Table 3.7-1 (" Process Pipeline Penetrating Primary Containment")'on page 198 of Appendix A to the FitzPatrick Technical Specifications.
l Specifically, isolation signals for two reactor water sample i
valves (02-AOV-039 & 40) on drywell penetration X-41 are changed from "B,
C, D, E.
& P" to "B & C".
The purpose of these changes is to correct an error r
inadvertently introduced in Table 3.7-1 during the initial issuance of the FitzPatrick Technical Specifications (Appendix A).
The proposed changes to the Technical Specifications Appendix A are presented in Attachment I to the Application.
The associated Safety Evaluation is included in Attachment II.
