to Technical Specification 4. 6.1.2, to incorporate new i
regulations relative to containment leakrate testing.
Included in that request was the deletion of a footnote relative to an l
exemption to defer an upcoming Unit 1 test.
This proposed change l
should have also requested the deletion of a similar footnote
-applicable to Unit 2.
Therefore, the sentences at the bottom of l
page 1, Attachment II, of the January 12, 1996 letter should have
)

- read, "A footnote at the bottom of page 3/4 6-3, which refers to the deferral of CLRTs for Catawba Units 1 and 2, is. deleted. With the approval of this proposed amendment, these tests will become unnecessary."
