EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION BY THE ZACK COMPANY (AMS NO. RIII-83-A-0140)
Enclosed, per your February 18, 1987 request is a reformatted memorandum requesting the Office of Investigation to initiate an investigation into alleged employment discrimination by the Zack Company.
The Zack Company was the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor at the Clinton, LaSalle, and Midland plants. The allegation was originally received by the Region III Enforcement and Investigation staff during May 1982.
The investigation was transferred from Region III to the Office of Investigations, when 0I was created in July 1982. We have assigned a low priority to this matter.
