Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No.131 In accordance with 10CFR50.59,10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91, GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requests changes to Appendix A of that license.
The subject Technical Specification Change Request will revise Table 3.12.1 and 3.12.2 to remove Sprinkler System # 13 from these tables.
This Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed and approved in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.
Pursuant to 10CFR50.91(b)(1), a copy of this Technical Specification Change Request has been sent to the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
In addition, we have enclosed a check for $150.00 pursuant to 10CFR170.12.
