In accordance with your application received by us on March 11, 1968, as amended, Construction Pemit No. CPRR-116 is enclosed. This pemit authorizes you to make the requested modifications to your existing research reactor. As required by Commission regulations, the enclosed Hotice of Issuance of Construction Permit has been filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
Upon satisfactory completion of the modifications to the reactor as verified by a representative of the Comission's Regulatory Operations Office, the Comission will consider issuance of an amended facility license (No. R-97) authorizing operation of the reactor at power levels up to 5 megawatts (thermal).
