.a NIAGARA M0 HAWK POWER CORPORATION NINE MILE POINT - UNIT 2 DOCKET NO. 50-410 Interim Report for a Problem Concerning Failure to Meet Wall-Thickness Criteria (55(e)-84-49)
Description of the Problem During an unscheduled surveillance of inservice inspection welds and adjacent base metal, Niagara Mohawk identified welds with manufacturer's minimum wall discrepancies.
Final QC inspection of the welds by ITT Grinnell had failed to identify the deficiencies.
This matter is still under investigation.
A final report will be submitted by March 1,1985 4
