BELLEFGiTE NUCLEAR PLANT INITS 1 AND 2 - DESIW OF AUXILIARY FEEDWATER PINP TRIP AND THROTTLE VALVE ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS - BLRD-50438/8345, BLRD-50439/83 SUPPIEENTAL FINAL IEPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector L. Watson on July 19, 1983 in accordance with 10 TR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN EEB 8316. This was followed by our interim reports dated August 18 and December 27, 1983 and our final report dated April 2, 1984. Below is our supplemental final report.
The date of January 15, 1985 for completion of corrective actions indicated in our final report on this matter was not met. Recent design changes in the auxiliary feedwater pump room have impeded the completion of the corrective actions detailed in our final report. The rescheduled completion 4tte is May 28, 1985.
