YlRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT 2 WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED LICENSE AMENDMENT STEAM GENf".RATOR INSPECTION SCOPE REDUCTION By letter dated October 17,1995, Virginia Electric and Power Company requested a license amendment for North Anna Power Station Unit 2 to reduce from two to one the minimum number of steam generators required to be inspected during the first inservice inspection following steam generator replacement. Based on discussions with the NRC on February 7,1996, we have decided to withdraw the license amendment request.
