Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
This letter provides an updated schedule for the completion of open items associated with Inspection Report IER-83-12 (IER-83-12-01-SL4).
l The remaining item, as stated in Inspection Report IER-84-02, is to close-out "old" Plant modifications and update System Description (SD)-16, Appendix A, EAectrical Distribution Manual, as necessary.
As discussed in IER-84-02, this item was scheduled for a July 1984 completion.
However, progress has slowed due to the early commencement of the present Steam Generator Replacement Outage. The target date for completion is now set for November 1, 1984.
