N 2 reduction factor was selected. For Pilgrim (point 5 of Figure 1) the nost conservative factor occurs at 17,500 STD/t exposure.

It is coccon practice fcr G.E. to truncate the FAPE2 reduction factor to two significent fig =es.

The value of 0.867 is the calculated reduction factor at 17,500 IGD /t for Pilgrim and is shown as such to be consistent with the intial submittal.
