BELLEFmTE NUCLEAR PLANT INITS 1 AND 2 - ADAPTOR KEYWAY ON 8-ING BORG-WARNER G mE VALVES - BLRD-50-438/84-14, BLRD-50-439/84 SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IS Inspector P. E. Fredrickson on Janmry 31, 1984 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR 2787.
This was followed by our interim reports dated February 29 and July 10, 1984, our timi mport dated October 25, 1984, and our first supplemental mport dated Janmry 4,1985.
Below is our second supp1 mental re;cet. We consider 10 GR Part 21 applicable to this defi ciency.
As discussed with Inspector A. Ignatonis on Febemry 16, 1985, the date of March 16,1985 for completion of corrective actions indicated in our first supplemental fiml report on this matter will not be met. While the work on unit 1 valves has been completed, the work required to meet this commitment for unit 2 has been rescheduled to reflect the change in the overall unit 2 schedule. The corrective action on this matter will be completed by September 26, 1987 for unit 2.
