Dear Dr. Grace:
In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.54(p) and Region II U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission letter dated January 24,1985, Carolina Power &
Light Company herewith transmits four copies of amended Revision 9 to the Industrial Security Plan for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2.
The revision contains no changes which would be known to decrease the effectiveness of the Industrial Security Plan or the level of security provided and is submitted to implement the provisions of Amendment No. 84, License No. DPR-23.
Portions of the enclosure have been designated as Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR73.21. It is requested that those parts of the enclosure which are not protected in accordance with 10CFR73.21 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR2.790(d)(1).
