l Description of the Problem An inspection of the wiring terminals for the unit substaMon and switchgears indenti fied wiring deficiencies, including strand damage, insufficient wire projection, excess wire projection, and stressed connection.

l These deficiencies have been identified on Nonconformance and Disposition (NSD)
Report No.-8819.
