3ELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - REQUIRED 1-INCH SEPARATION OF FLEX CONDUIT NOT MAINTAINED BLRD-50-438/84 SECOND INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector Ross Butcher on April 3, 1984 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR 2995. This was followed by our interim report dated April 30, 1984.
Please note that in our first interim report TVA indicated that this condition applied to both units 1 and 2.
Upon further investigation it has been determined that only unit 1 is affected. Please revise your records accordingly. Below is our second interim ' report. We expect to submit our next report on or about December 7,1984.
TVA is still in the process of determining corrective action and action required to prevent recurrence of this deficiency.
