08-07-84 At 1504 hours0.0174 days <br />0.418 hours <br />0.00249 weeks <br />5.72272e-4 months <br /> diesel generator 1G-31 was declared inoperable due to room ventilation supply fan IV-$F-20 being inoperable due to SV-7000A which affected the fan control. This commenced a 7-day LCO.
At 1824 hours0.0211 days <br />0.507 hours <br />0.00302 weeks <br />6.94032e-4 months <br /> 1G-31 was restored to operable status ending the 7-day LCO.
08-08-84 At 0319 hours0.00369 days <br />0.0886 hours <br />5.274471e-4 weeks <br />1.213795e-4 months <br /> surveillance testing discovered that the electrical supply breaker to the RCIC steam supply valve MO-2404 tripped out each time tho valve was closed.
The valves torque switch was out of adjustment. RCIC was declared inoperable, commencing a 7-day LCO.

This resulted in the total organics concentration exceeding administrative limits. Processing of the effluent is being Investigated.

This commenced a 7-day LCO.

08-21-84 At 0530 hours0.00613 days <br />0.147 hours <br />8.763227e-4 weeks <br />2.01665e-4 months <br /> the diesel fuel oll transfer pump IP-44A was found to exceed the upper IlmIt of ASME flow rate specifications.
The corresponding diesel generator was conservatively declared inoperable beginning a 7-day LCO.
