Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Docket No. 50/395 Operating License No. NPF-12 Radiation Emergency Plan
Dear Mr. Denton:
As required by 10CFR50.54(q), South Carolina Electric and Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, submits two (2) copies of Revision 13 to the Radiation Emergency Plan.
Revision 13 reflects changes in-emergency personnel exposure controls, frequency of emergency drills and exercises, and a title change in a local county agency.
This revision, which has been reviewed by the Plant Safety Review Committee, does
^not decrease the effectiveness of the Radiation Emergency Plan to meet the standards of 10CFR50.47(b) and Appendix E.
