BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - DEFICIENCIES IN RECEIPT INSPECTION BLRD-50-438/84-27, BLRD-50-439/84 SECOND INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector P. E. Fredrickson on March 28,-1984 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR 2975. A similar deficiency was later documented and reported to inspector D. M. Verrelli on April 17, 1984 as NCR 3063 This was followed by our interim report ~ dated April 25, 1984. Below is our second interim s
report on both NCRs. We expect to submit our next report on or about March 12, 1985.
TVA is still reviewing receiving inspection checklists (RICs) as noted in our first report on this deficiency. Additional information will be 4
