The purpose of this letter is to notify the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of the resumption of active duties by a licensed individual (Docket Number 55 21383).By letter dated February 19, 1992 (Serial: NLS 92-048), Carolina Power & Light Company informed the NRC of the removal of the licensed individual from active reactor operator duty due to a temporary physical disability.
Mr. Amato holds Reactor Operator License No. OP-20861. The individual's physician aporoved his =
return to work effective March 17,1992.' The individual resumed his licensed duties on April 21,
-1992.
