APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENA Pursuant to Section 2.720 of the Commission's regulations, Intervenor Three Mile Island Alert applies to the Atomic Safety cnd Licensing Board for the issuance of a Civil Subpoena, to:
Joseph Chwastyk 3809 Bellow Drive Camp Hill, PA 17011 for the purpose of requiring the above-named individual to appear ct a deposition to commence in this proceeding on September 20, 1984.
A copy of the proposed Subpoena-is attached.
Mr. Chwastyk can testify to matters concerning the "Dieckamp" mailgram and related events.
WHEREFORE Intervenor TMIA respectfully requests that the Chairman of the Licensing Board issue a Civil Subpoena in the form attached hereto directing Mr. Chwastyk to produce the l
requested documents, at his September 20, 1984 deposition.
