The exception is the periodic surveillance requirement to verify flow. A technical discussion of this is provided in Attachment 2. contains the proposed Technical Specification changes. Attachment 2 discusses the Justification and Safety Analysis to support the proposed changes. Attachment 3 provides an analysis performed in accordance with the standards contained in 10 CFR 50.92 as required by 10 CFR 50.91.
This analysis concludes that the proposed amendments have been reviewed and have been determined to have no adverse safety or environmental impact.
This request involves one application for amendment to McGuire's Technical Specifications. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 170.21, a check for $150.00 is-enclosed.
