Docket Nos. 50-361 and 50-362 Amendment Application Numbers 137 and 121 Technical Specification Improvement Program (TSIP)
San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 Enclosed are corrected pages for the proposed Amendment Application No. 137 and No.121 to Facility Operating Licenses NPF-10 and NPF-15 for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3, respectively.
The amendment applications, which were submitted December 30, 1993, consist of Pro)osed Change Number 299 (TSIP). These pages correct the copy of the Tec1nical Specifications which were submitted by our letter dated November 16, 1995.
These pages affect Technical Specifications 3.4.3, RCS Pressure and Temperature (P/T) Limits, and 3.7.1, Main Steam Safety Valves (MSSVs).
The errors in 3.4.3 were due to incomplete incorporation in our November 16, 1995 submittal of two license amendments which were issued by the NRC in 1995.
The editorial change to 3.7.1 is to correct an erroneous cross reference in the Technical Specification.
