Letter, Walter C. Marsh to Document Control Desk, dated September 25, 1995, Response to Draft Safety Evaluation Report, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 In the above-referenced letter, Southern California Edison (SCE) agreed to review and certify the draft Technical Specificat*ons promulgated under PCN 299, TSIP.
That review is now complete and SCE certifies the new Technical Specifications, attached, are in accordance with and applicable to the design of the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3.
