Closeout of my report to you, dated May 21, 1984, regarding a potential 10CFR21 defect.
Dear Mr. O'Reilly,
Please refer to my original letter, Section 4.
4.1 This Power Supply is part of a larger assembly sold to New York Power Authority.
We contacted John Boccio at NYPA (914)739-8200, Ext. 455, and he checked the Power Supply and verified that it met the minimum gap requirement.
4.2 We contacted our Field Service Engineer who was stationed at this address, Paul Knickman (301) 561-3600.
He checked the supply and found it met the minimum gap requirements.
4.3 These Power Supplies are at the Hope Creek huclear Plant, we contacted Jerry Issacs (415) 768-2537 and described the problem.
We sent Paul Knickman (Computer Products Field Serivce Engineer, stationed in Timonium, MD) to the site.
He found 3 Power Supplies with potential problems, all three have been replaced.
Copies of the telephone logs, Computer Products Field Change Notices and related documents for customer returns are on file at Computer Products.
These actions close out this report.
