The subject. deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector Don Quick on June 1, 1982 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN NEB
'8005. This was followed by our first interim report dated July 2,1982, our final report dated September 17, 1982, and our revised final report dated November 1,1982. Below is our supplemental report.
As discussed with NRC-0IE Inspector P. E. Fredrickson on July 31, 1984, the date 'of July 31, 1984. for completion of corrective actions indicated in our final report on this matter would not be met. Because new fbel is -
being stored in the unit 2 spent fbel storage pool, work cannot be done as committed. Work will be done after the fuel is transferred to unit 1.
The corrective action on this matter will be completed by April 20, 1986.
