License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Cycle 11 Core Operating Limits Report, Revision 0 and Revision 1 Pursuant to TMI-l Technical Specification Section 6.9.5.4, enclosed are copies of the Cycle 11 Core Operating Limits Report (COLR), Revision 0 and Revision 1. The Cycle 11 COLR Revision 0, contains the limits developed to support Cycle 11 startup, and several of the operating limits were only established to 75 Effective Full Power Days (EFPD) of operation.
The Cycle 11 COLR, Revision 1, provides the cycle-speci0c limits established to support operation to the end of Cycle 11. The cycle-specific core operating limits contained in these reports have been determined in accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.5.
