CERTIFICATE OF REPRESENTATIVE OF NUCLEAR WASTE SOUTH I certify that on April 2, 2020, on behalf of Nuclear Watch South, I contacted counsel for the NRC to inquire whether they would object to a deadline extension from April 13, 2020 to 60 days after the emergency pandemic is officially ended. Michael Spencer consulted his client and responded that they would consider the request in our motion to the Commission and respond.

On April 3, 2020, I spoke with M. Stanford Blanton, counsel for Southern Nuclear and he similarly said that they would consider the request and respond.
