DECLARATION OF SUSAN BLOOMFIELD Comes now SUSAN BLOOMFIELD, who declares as follows:
- 1. I am a member of Nuclear Watch South.
- 2. I reside at 14 Raintree Place in Augusta, GA, less than 40 miles from proposed Nuclear Plant Vogtle Unit 3.
- 3. I am concerned for my health and safety and for the health and safety of my family if Vogtle Unit 3 is permitted to load nuclear fuel and begin operating. In particular, I understand there are problems with construction of Plant Vogtle Unit 3 and it concerns me that the plant may operate unsafely and pose unacceptable radiological accident risks as a result.
- 4. Therefore I have authorized Nuclear Watch South to represent me and to protect my interests in this proceeding.
