This amendment application consists of Proposed Change Number (PCN)-446, Supplement 1, to facility Operating License No. NPF-10. PCN-446, Supplement 1, revises the Unit 2 Technical Specification (TS) Table 3.3.3, " Engineered Safety Feature Actuation System Instrumentation." This change will add a note to provide the required compensatory actions to permit extended Toxic Gas Isolation System (TGIS) Allowed Outage times during replacement of TGIS instrumentation under Design Change Package (DCP)-6933.
