October 5,1995, Meeting between the Commonwealth Edison Company and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regarding Hydrodynamic Load Model for the Application of 3 Volt Interim Plugging Criteria During the Reference meeting Commonwealth Edison Company (Comed) and the Nuclear Regulatory Conunission (NRC) discuss the hydrodynamic load model that would be used to predict the tube support plate deflection in the event of a main steam line break. Benchmarking support for the manner and methods employed in the generation of transient analysis of the Model D4 steam generators for Byron 1 and Braidwood I part of the discussion. Attached is the benchmarking support, "A RELAP5M3 Comparison of Model Boller 2 MSLB from HZP."
